General Policy

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-In Time is 4:00 P.M. and Check-Out Time is 11:00 A.M. Contact the hotel directly for options available for early check-in or late check-out.

Deposit

One-night stay plus taxes is required as a deposit to secure your reservation. If the reservation is for one night a full deposit of your stay will be required. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a separate confirmation email from the hotel. This will be sent once your credit card has been charged for the necessary deposit. If your credit card is declined, your reservation will be cancelled.

Smoke-Free

The entire hotel is non-smoking. There will be a $250 charge if smoking is detected in your room. Although smoking is not permitted within hotel buildings. Guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated area only.

Parking Fee

Heritage Inn & Suites Rehoboth Beach has one vehicle per room policy. Exceptions needed a waiver from the hotel.

Children/Infant Policy

Children up to 6 years of age are allowed to stay in their parent’s room for FREE, including extra bed and breakfast.
Children older than 6 years - $10 (per child/ per night).

Room Rates

Rates are for Maximum Occupancy according to specific room-type, additional persons over the age of 6 results in an additional $10.00 per night charge. Please note- Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a room at this hotel. To book an accessible room, select a room type first.

Pet-Friendly

We are a Pet-friendly Hotel. We love to meet well-mannered, housebroken dogs. A refundable deposit of $100 is due upon check-in and will be refunded after check-out Pet Fee - $40.00 fee per pet per night. Please call the hotel directly to reserve a Pet-friendly room. Pet-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability. (We allow max 2 dogs per room, up to 70 lbs max). Exceptions need a waiver from hotel. No Cats allowed in the property.

Cancellation

Change or cancel any reservation for free if cancelled 72 hours before the scheduled arrival. No cancellation or changes possible for the non refundable booking. In case of a cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
